Right of Withdrawal
1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
A simple informal notice is sufficient.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
4. Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if:
- the consumer has expressly agreed that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- the consumer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal by giving consent.
This applies in particular to:
- AI-based language analysis
- immediately accessible language exams (A1–B2 tests)
- digital learning content and feedback systems
5. Note on Subscriptions
For subscription services:
- The withdrawal right applies within 14 days if no full usage has occurred
- It may expire early once immediate access to digital content begins (see Section 4)
